We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an from oustide England please allow around 2 weeks to receive your product. In most cases our customers usually receive their order within a week however as a thumb rule we don't like to overpromise and under deliver and dispatched via International Courier. We are not able to accept responsibility for charges incurred by recipient country customs or authorities.

Returns & Replacements

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a immediate refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc..

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All postages rates and times quoted are for U.K mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.

Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the U.K your postage may be higher. You can contact us for a quote

When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 24 hours by first class recorded delivery but as rule of thumb we ask you to give 5 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given immediately.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed for (recorded delivery) or courier service for which Royal Mail and Courier quotes approximately 2-5 days for delivery.

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your STRONGDOGZ™ ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. Order status messages

Commonly used order statuses include:

  • Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
  • Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
  • Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

Updating Account Information

To change your account information, click on “my account” on the right hand side tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.

  • To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
  • To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
